Morning and happy eastern to all. Yesterday did as usual my hiit cardio. I might change soon to a new interval cycle from 30/60 to 15/5. I was reading that it might be even better. So I will try it next week. It is always good to keep your body guessing what you do next. Nutrition I’m not so happy with myself yesterday. Singha beer tastes wonderful especially ice cold to a spicy hot thai curry. Anyway I was still in calorie deficit so its ok. Plus later in the evening I added an extra weight lifting session at the cables. My weight is hovering between 106 and 107kg, may be i gain some muscles already? Because I should loose weight with may current workout. Nutrition is still set at around 500-800 calories loss per day. I will see the coming week how its goes.
Today even it is a holiday I woke up early to get the cardio done for the day. Tonight I will do weight lifting on my arms.
My goal for this weekend: no chocolate!!! The house is full of it ,very hard challenge, I love those small chocolate nougat eggs……
