Good Morning
My motivation at the moment is very low. But I do my daily HIIT cardio and my every other day workout. Nutrition, I got used to it now. I actually can not eat anymore so much as I did before. But work at the moment really is hard. Economy is kicking me as well now. Customers buy less and so on, really bad at the moment. I need to work harder I guess to keep the money coming in more again.

Anyway, I never give up.

When my weightloss and body transformatiuon is progressing like it is now I should be looking cool for our summer holidays in august…

Current weight is now 104.5 kg ;-)

I hope I find today the time to do my pictures and messurements

      Hi Mike, thx for visiting my blog. Checked out yours as well. You are much further then me. You just need to get that fat away from your belly area and your in great shape for the summer. I am 100%sure, if you continue your training will have success to see those packs.
