I did fix my eating habbits step by step I did not want to be so radical, like I did in 2007.

ZERO junk food. ZERO sweets

  • 1st of March I started to calculate calories
  • My Nutrition is now set on 40% protain 40% carbs and 20% fat with 5-7 meals a day

I write later this week out exactly what i eat
