Why don’t you show your head on the pictures ?

Well in all honesty im very shy to show my face with this body at the moment. If I get in shape ill show my face.

morning .. i think i over-trained yesterday. i have such muscle pain unreal. and i lifted no single weight lol. this program kills me 2010/06/11

completed 15 mins warm up with insanity workout. im totaly dead. tzz 45 mins bike cardio is nothing against this 15 min warm. 2010/06/09
