Spring is at the door….. I cleaned up the garden a bit. Even the sun came out for a while. Daggy and JC made a super light thai chicken curry for lunch… mhh yummy and it had only around I guess 350 calories per plate most of it protein from the chicken breast.
After that I helped a bit in the house and did some work for my web stuff.
Tonight JC’s brings over her friends and of course they have pizza… I hope i can resist, because there is always left overs….
Morning weight was today 106.2 kg/234.10 lbs
And now its time for HIIT, I did not do it in the morning as it is Saturday and we all wanted to sleep a bit longer today.
Did today my first training with my cables which i constructed like suggested by scooby from www.ScoobysWorkshop.com. I will later upload some pictures.
HIIT done this morning. Still lots of motivation in me.
We went yesterday to the movies and watched Grand Torinio, nice movie.
And the nachos with cheese tasted yummy:- ) I dont call it “cheat meal”.
Im not on any diet , I just try to have a good nutrition. And once in a while somethink like nachos must be ok.
Bit late today. Was really tired from yesterdays strong upper body workout. So I did my cardio at 8am, better late and in form. Today I will get the car already back from that crash the other day. I hope will not be so much expensive….

Did today in the afternoon fitness par-cour with my daughter. It was really nice. She was faster then me in sprinting, 12 years old…. This sucks ;-(
In later evening I did HIIT on stationary bike with my lovley wife. She is also faster then me… I really need get in better shape. Anyway sofar all goes fine.

This morning I had hard time to get up. Needed 5 minutes to really wake up. Then fixing fast the vitamin drink, runners on, iphone on, and lets start stretching 2-3 minutes. Then doing the HIIT. I did I feel great again. My wife thinks 6:25 am is a bit early when she has off. So she was not very happy when the alarm started …..
4 weeks are completed now
Morning all, I just did finish my HIIT. I wonder how long I can keep up with this. Today I had record day on the scale. 107 kg/235.89 lbs !
6 cycles done on 30 seconds 3 on 45 secs puuh
Check this video this what I do, on elliptical or bike and bit different timing. Also I do watch my heart rate and cycle between the bursts slowly.
