Daily Cardio is hard but I see clearly It works

Start:      120.0 kg (264.0 lb)            Change:      -14.5 kg (-31.9 lb)
Current:     105.5 kg (232.1 lb)           Percent Change:     -26.6 %

I will do the next days again some pictures. Found a pictures when I was like 130 kg (286 lbs)

Gooooooooooood Morning

Well I was able to completely integrate twitter into my blog. You can see now my latest tweets in the sitebar or on my new Daily Tweets Page. I use twitter now to do my short blogging instead of opening always a new blog posts for some small notes.

Did today my 45 minutes cardio and later in the day weight lifting.

I feel motivated again

Did my first cardio this morning. Crosstrainer 30 minutes.

Tomorrow I will do 45 mins and after 1 week I should be ready again for HIIT

So I failed. No words no excuses.

Today I will start again.

Goal:
Get back in shape like I was 3 months ago before my heart problems.

Monday morning, I feel great

45 minutes cardio was a piece of cake. Tonight is weight lifting, first time after 3 weeks. I will do lower body.
I started to take protein again and my extra supplements like multivitamins

I did today my first full 45 min cardio session. On Monday I will get back to normal training. My weight is still around 101 kg.

So looks like I get back on my feet. 3rd day now without any chest pain.

And my weight is 101.3 kg

I Will start monday with very light training, but only if no more pain.

Hi all

I think I’m back on track and I feel great. 59 more days to our big summer holidays. I started to reduce now a bit more my calorie intake. Zero Beer Zero sweets till 1st of August.
