Last night I reversed the car into a tree ….. and really hard tzzzz. Not good for motivation. I am mad as hell

morning .. i think i over-trained yesterday. i have such muscle pain unreal. and i lifted no single weight lol. this program kills me 2010/06/11
just did my daily insanity workout... i wonder when i can complete 1 workout LOL. much more fun the sitting on a stationary bike 2010/06/10
completed 15 mins warm up with insanity workout. im totaly dead. tzz 45 mins bike cardio is nothing against this 15 min warm. 2010/06/09

Morning. Got from a friend the DVD box Insanity Cardio training.Really like it a lot. Great motivation, maybe that will get me back on track 2010/06/09
