This morning I had hard time to get up. Needed 5 minutes to really wake up. Then fixing fast the vitamin drink, runners on, iphone on, and lets start stretching 2-3 minutes. Then doing the HIIT. I did I feel great again. My wife thinks 6:25 am is a bit early when she has off. So she was not very happy when the alarm started …..

4 weeks are completed now :mrgreen:
